Sound enters the ears.

Touch enters the skin.

The body metabolises the world.

And then the body acts.

This makes embodiment profoundly Malchutic.

The body is not merely the prison of the soul.

Chassidus cannot accept that as the final story because mitzvos require bodies.

A disembodied soul cannot wrap physical tefillin.

Cannot give a physical coin.

Cannot eat matzah.

Cannot dance at Simchas Torah.

Cannot light candles.

Cannot build a sukkah.

Cannot embrace another person.

The body receives spiritual intention and turns it into action.

Again:

reception becomes manifestation.
